The Customer is King
This week we have been celebrating National Customer Service Week. It’s been a fun week to celebrate and reward our customer service team’s efforts throughout the year. But there’s more to it than that. It’s a way to boost their morale, reward their hard work, and re-enforce and re-energize their commitment to what matters the most – our customers.
So, we’ve taken it to another level and are celebrating our very own Customer Service Month. With our focus on creating the best customer experience possible, there is a lot we can do to make this month meaningful to our employees and to our customers.
Through additional training, motivational opportunities, companywide awareness, and an overall 100% focus on our customers’ experiences and satisfaction; we’re committed to constantly improving the relationships we have with our customers. Whether it’s through a polite call center representative, our community outreach efforts, or the development of more products and services that will benefit our customers, we’re focused on making sure that our customers are king.
So, we take this month to thank our customer service team; but more importantly, we thank our loyal customers who will be our main focus this month – and every month – as we strive to deliver the best customer experience possible.
