Four easy steps to sign up for an Account with Spark Energy

Your account number is
Enter your Email address, account number and create a password
An email will be send to activate your account. Click the “Activate” link and you are all set with your My Account. Login and see details of your My Account.

Well, you can have convenience and free up your time with Spark Energy once automatic bill pay is set up. 9 out of 10 customers create an online account and set up automatic bill pay. Here’s how you can set it up.

Click on ‘Setup Autopay” under the MyAccount Quick Links
This will take you to our payment vendor website Pay Star where you can setup your Autopay from the Left side menu.
Enter your payment details and that’s it! You can easily change your payment method, update or cancel Autopay any time.

In addition to creating an online account and signing up for Autopay, you can enjoy these other benefits:

View your bill and see your most recent payment activity(only applicable to certain customers)
See your historical electricity usage by month (only applicable to certain customers)
Update your account information such as adding a new service or moving to a new address
Renew your plan (when the current contract term ends)
Have the opportunity to get a $50 credit towards your bill through our Refer-a-Friend program
