When you successfully enroll in our electric supply service through SparkEnergy.com/MoneyMailer, or by calling 1-877-346-1507, by March 31st, 2018, you’ll receive an email from MPell Solutions when your supply begins with Spark Energy. This email will contain information on how to retrieve your $25 VISA gift card. To ensure you receive the email as soon as your supply service begins, please make sure to provide a valid email address upon enrollment. Also, please note it may take anywhere from 30 to 60 calendar days after you successfully enroll for your supply service to transfer from your previous supplier to Spark Energy, and for Spark Energy to appear on your bill.

Gift cards are processed through an independent third party named MPell Solutions. The total potential value is up to $25 per customer, limited to one $25 VISA gift card redeemed through MPell Solutions. Gift cards cannot be transferred and are limited to new customers.
