Price comparisons are based on Electric Distribution Company (EDC) pricing as understood by Spark Energy on 6/1/2015 and the Spark Energy rate referenced above, with rounding, and does not include any other Electric Generation Supply pricing. Current EDC pricing of 9.493¢/kWh is valid from 6/1/2015 – 8/30/2015. Prior utility pricing of 9.559¢/kWh was in effect from 3/1/2014 – 5/31/2015. The price quoted is only for the specified commodity supply provided by Spark Energy and does not include any tax, utility distribution charges, or other utility charge or $4.95 monthly service fee. Cancelling or changing supply service prior to the end of Spark Energy’s fixed rate term will subject the customer to an early termination fee of $100.
