Bill Pay Outage

We are currently unable to process payments via our call Center, Website, and Pay by Phone system due to an outage with our third-party processor.  We are not processing disconnections for non-payment or assessing any late fees during this outage.

What do I need to do?   No action is needed at this time and we anticipate the outage will be resolved quickly. Please call our offices at 1-877-547-7275 for any further assistance.
