Spark Energy does not represent your utility. Offered plan Daytime Energy Charge applies every day from 5 AM to 9 PM. Nighttime Energy Charge of $0 applies to usage from 9 PM to 5 AM. Your average price per kWh each month for 12 months is determined by using the indicated energy charge in your EFL and the predetermined formula. Your rate plan will be as specified in your EFL. Offer not available to existing customers. Offered rates should not be construed as a guarantee of savings or future rates beyond the initial fixed term. Advertised plan has $100 early termination fee with no monthly service fee. Plans available with terms ranging from three to twenty-four billing cycles; rates vary based on the plan term selected. Spark Energy is not liable for facilitating payment to customers who choose to leave their previous provider prematurely. It is the customer’s responsibility to independently navigate the process of terminating their contract with their former provider. Upon enrolling with Spark Energy and receiving the terms of service, residential customers have the right to rescind the Agreement within 5 business days if delivered electronically and within 6 business days from postmarked date if delivered by United States Postal Service first class mail.
