Illinois Price to Compare

For electric: Spark Energy is not the same entity as your electric delivery company. You are not required to enroll with Spark Energy. Beginning on October 1st, 2025, the electric supply price to compare can be referenced below in the table in cents per kilowatt-hour. The electric utility electric supply price will expire on May 31st, 2026. The utility electric supply price to compare does not include the purchased electricity adjustment factor. The purchased electricity adjustment factor may range between +.5 cents and -.5 cents per kilowatt-hour. For gas: Spark Energy is not the same entity as your gas delivery company. You are not required to enroll with Spark Energy. Beginning on November 1st, 2025, the utility gas supply cost rate per therms is also available in the below reference table in dollars per therms. The utility gas supply cost will expire on November 30th, 2025. For more information go to the Illinois Commerce Commission’s free website at Consumer Education (illinois.gov).
