We recently won the 2015 Retail Energy Provider of the Year award from National Energy Conferences LLC.
It was a huge honor to receive this award and opened a line of questions, with the most frequent being: “What did you do to receive this award?”
A lot of it had to do with our tremendous growth in 2015. We expanded the areas we serve and brought new brands into the Spark Energy family. Last year was our first full year as a public company with a strong performance throughout the year. In short, we earned this award as a result of the value we bring to the retail energy industry and to our customers.
Our commitment to our customers is stronger than ever, and in 2016 we will continue to put our customers first. We’re focused on developing innovative products and plans that our customers need to help them reduce utility costs and conserve energy. We are constantly striving for excellence in customer service with a team that is empowered to make decisions and validate the value we place on our customers. We will continue to support the communities where our customers live and work through charitable efforts and activities.
This award validates our commitment and rewards our success in the industry. But above all else, it confirms our loyalty to our customers and our ongoing desire to put customers first in everything we do.
