We cannot guarantee your energy supply rate will always be below the utility’s prevailing electricity supply rate while you are an active Spark Energy customer. Utility delivery charges per kWh in effect 1/1/15 through 6/30/15 for CL&P including the Competitive Transition Assessment and Systems Benefits Charge were approximately 9.48 cents per kWh for Rate 1. Dining Dollars: To be eligible, you must receive electricity or gas service in deregulated territory served by Spark Energy, L.L.C (“Spark”). Limited to one $500 value of Dining Dollar voucher per account number enrolled. To receive $500 value of Dining Dollars, you must maintain an active Spark account in good standing (no past-due balance owed) for 60 days at the start of service. The $500 value Dining Dollars will be issued 70 days after beginning of service.
